Lose 10 Pounds Fast - Is Two Weeks Fast Enough?

Earlier, I often found myself in an awkward position. There was a big event coming up like a wedding or a reunion and I always needed to lose some weight to look as good as I wanted to. I went on those very low calorie diets and felt like crap but most often I lost a few pounds. A couple of weeks later I always gained the pounds again and sometime even more pounds than I lost during the diet.

This fact makes dieting boring. We go through fire to lose a few pounds and then we get them right back and often they bring a few friends. I figured that there had to be a better way and started looking for other diets. First I tried weightwatchers and found that this seems to be a great program but it is far too slow and too expensive for me. I think this program is great at keeping your weight but if you want that fast weight loss it won't work.

I friend of mine told me about a program called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. The name is really stupid so I stopped listening to here after that point. A couple of weeks later I stumbled on a diet called calorie shifting and read all I could find about it. Finally I a found a program that used this approach and you know, it's called Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

The thing I like most about calorie shifting is its simplicity. You tell a generator what you like to eat and then it spits out a full 11-day menu. You follow this menu, eat until almost full and you lose weight. It actually is as simple as that.

Now, we are not talking about slow weight loss but an extremely fast weight loss. At one point I had to stop dieting because I lost more than 1 pound per day. Let me tell you, I have never ever had to stop a diet prematurely before.
